Job Summary

Managing a caseload of commercial liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Representative - Liability will investigate and resolve insurance claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prompt claim investigations, evaluate coverage, and determine liability for complex claims
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and attorneys while managing both litigated and non-litigated claims
• Document all decisions and correspondence throughout the claim lifecycle to ensure compliance with legal and internal policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in claims management
• Thorough knowledge of claims processes and insurance regulations
• Ability to analyze complex documents, including insurance policies and medical reports
• Demonstrated technology aptitude and ability to manage workload effectively
