Senior Claims Resolution Manager

Job Summary

Investigating and settling complex claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Resolution Manager will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while exercising judgment to determine the appropriate course of action.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
• Communicate action plans and present case conclusions to various parties involved in the claim process
• Ensure compliance with clients' policies, procedures, and statutory requirements while managing a full case load

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Proper licenses and/or certifications in all states where claims are handled or ability to obtain them
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
• Analytical skills to make decisions and resolve complex issues in claims handling
