Job Summary

Managing moderately complex Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist - EPL will oversee the entire claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes coverage and settles moderately complex EPL claims, ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements
• Conducts thorough investigations and prepares reservation of rights and coverage denial letters
• Negotiates settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters while managing all assigned claims files

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in the specialty claims area or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications in applicable states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims processing
• Proficiency with claims and business software
