Job Summary
Managing complex medical malpractice claims, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist - Texas Licensed will analyze and resolve technically difficult claims while coordinating case management and ensuring high levels of customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzes and processes complex medical malpractice claims, developing action plans for timely resolution
- Conducts investigations and manages legal defense coordination, including attorney assignments and compliance monitoring
- Calculates and monitors claim reserves, recommending settlement strategies to maximize outcomes
Required qualifications
- 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Licenses as required for the role
