Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Support Senior Analyst who is a Native Japanese Fluent speaker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to complex service inquiries and provides post-sale support for clients
  • Acts as a technical resource, creating and maintaining Japanese language materials
  • Facilitates meetings and ensures client satisfaction with products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Native Japanese, with proficiency in Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • At least 12 months of experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of relevant products and administrative processes
  • Background in marketing, account management, or similar fields with significant client interaction
