Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Account Support Senior Analyst who is a Native Japanese Fluent speaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to complex service inquiries and provides post-sale support for clients
- Acts as a technical resource, creating and maintaining Japanese language materials
- Facilitates meetings and ensures client satisfaction with products and services
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Native Japanese, with proficiency in Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least 12 months of experience in a client-facing role
- Knowledge of relevant products and administrative processes
- Background in marketing, account management, or similar fields with significant client interaction
