Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Client Analytics Analyst will analyze healthcare data, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare utilization, authorization, and claims data to identify trends and cost drivers
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, PowerBI, and Excel while automating recurring analyses
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and communicate findings effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in healthcare analytics, including knowledge of claims and reimbursement models
- Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience in creating presentations and communicating insights to non-technical audiences
