Job Summary
Supporting the analysis of pharmacy data to drive business initiatives, the full-time Senior Client Insights Analyst will collaborate across departments to enhance client capabilities and maximize market potential in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and validate hypotheses-driven analyses from pharmacy-related data to identify financial opportunities
- Synthesize diverse data sets to provide actionable insights and prepare high-quality reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to construct financial models and tackle complex business challenges using pharmacy data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of healthcare experience and 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience required
- Specialization in hospital pharmacy, revenue cycle, or 340B preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau preferred
- Understanding of the payor landscape and pharmacy billing systems is advantageous
