Senior Client Integration Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating client upgrades and data-exchange enhancements, the full-time Senior Client Integration Manager will work remotely to manage client specifications, facilitate communication between various teams, and ensure successful implementation and validation of changes across Aspirion's revenue cycle portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client specification upgrades and data-exchange enhancements from discovery through go-live and post-production validation
• Document requirements, mapping rules, decisions, risks, dependencies, and client-specific configuration needs
• Manage project plans, milestones, action items, and implementation handoffs while ensuring thorough testing and readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business, IT, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle systems, client implementations, or data exchanges
• Experience leading cross-functional, client-facing technical initiatives from requirements through validation
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems and revenue cycle workflows, with hands-on Epic experience required
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and interface technologies, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs, is preferred
