Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple complex employer worksites, the full-time remote Senior Client Operations Director will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead strategic initiatives in health and wellness services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and develop innovative performance measurement standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site and operations teams while managing complex client relationships and communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a strong background in Occupational Health
- Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations in medical, pharmacy, or fitness settings
- Proficiency in medical information management systems and demonstrated process or efficiency management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others, along with prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
