Job Summary
Acting as the liaison between clients and various operational teams, the full-time Senior Client Operations Partner will manage client operational requests, build strong relationships, and ensure data quality while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end resolution of client operational requests, including database structure changes and data quality issues
- Build strong client relationships and drive wellness plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide timely updates to management on operational risks and opportunities while ensuring accurate delivery of maintenance tasks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related client experience
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data flow through NIQ systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently
- Prior experience with NIQ is preferred
