Senior Client Services Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a core set of clients, the remote Senior Client Services Analyst will guide users on Numerator's Insights platform and leverage consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Guide client users on navigating Numerator's Insights platform and designing reports to address key business questions
- Leverage proprietary consumer panel data to provide analytic insights that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
- Develop a deep understanding of Numerator's data and solutions to effectively communicate key differentiators to clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Desired experience in Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, or Shopper & Consumer Insights roles
- Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence software like Microstrategy, Tableau, or QlikView
- Proven analytic skills in conceptualizing and deriving insights from data
