Job Summary
Supporting trade management and collateral services, the full-time Senior Client Services Specialist will deliver accurate trade reporting, resolve loan-level issues, and manage client communications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver timely trade reports to clients based on their schedules
- Communicate with internal teams to address high-priority tasks and resolve loan-level issues
- Facilitate rush requests for document creation and maintain updates for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in reviewing and assessing mortgage collateral documents
- Prior experience in Client Services Support preferred
- Proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills for internal and external clients
