Job Summary
Supporting and growing relationships with property insurance clients, the remote Senior Client Success Manager will manage client onboarding, drive product adoption, and connect client goals to measurable outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders
- Own regular client touchpoints and monitor client health indicators
- Identify opportunities for deeper product usage and expansion within client organizations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or within the P&C insurance ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working directly with clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and usage trends
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology
