Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with various stakeholders, the full-time Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst will support enterprise software systems for cancer clinical trials, manage help desk activities, and provide project administration in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Document and track support tickets using ITSM tools, responding to inquiries from the cancer research community
- Provide tier 1/2 technical assistance to clinical trial sites and stakeholders via various communication channels
- Coordinate activities across multiple clinical research projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Required qualifications
- Experience in clinical research, biomedical research, or informatics
- Proven ability to coordinate projects involving clinical and technical teams
- Prior experience supporting clinical research technology systems
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, clinical, biological/biomedical science, or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of project coordination experience in a professional environment
