Senior Clinical Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing clinical monitoring activities and leading site management efforts, the full-time Senior Clinical Lead will ensure compliance with study plans and regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Raleigh.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investigator site activities and clinical monitoring teams during all phases of assigned studies
• Develop and provide study-specific training materials for clinical monitoring teams
• Ensure quality of clinical monitoring deliverables and conduct co-monitoring visits to optimize performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, including clinical research associate experience
• Prior experience as a Lead Clinical Research Associate (LCRA) or Clinical Lead is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with clinical trial systems (eTMF, CTMS, EDC)
• Extensive understanding of SOPs, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs governing clinical trials
