Senior Clinical Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time contractor, the Senior Site Identification Analyst will oversee site outreach activities, manage site identification processes, and maintain relationships to support operational activities in the clinical research sector.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships to gather business intelligence for financial and operational activities
• Oversee site outreach for post-award and pre-award activities, ensuring alignment with study timelines
• Update and manage the Investigator Database, utilizing historical data to identify potential sites and assess site performance

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in the Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
• 4+ years of experience in data management, clinical operations, or start-up roles within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry
• 4+ years of experience in clinical trials support, site partnership management, or site identification/selection
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS
