Job Summary

Leading project delivery for clinical and regulatory consulting engagements, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Operations Consultant will integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive outputs, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth through proposal development and coaching junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned engagements from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timely execution
• Synthesize complex data into clear narratives and recommendations, maintaining rigorous quality control across project outputs
• Manage mid-level client relationships and oversee project budgets to ensure profitable delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or public health
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or related fields
• Proven ability to lead projects and integrate multiple streams of work into client-ready outputs
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on proactive communication
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development and account expansion
