Senior Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Trial Manager, the fully remote Senior Clinical Operations Lead will manage clinical trial documentation, coordinate investigational site activities, and ensure alignment with study timelines while collaborating with CROs and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and writing of clinical trial documents and manuals
• Coordinate and monitor activities at investigational sites while reviewing monitoring trip reports
• Manage study timelines and priorities, including recruitment tools and patient retention plans

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or relevant degree with a strong emphasis on science
• Minimum of three years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical research
• Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several protocols simultaneously
• Preferred experience in assisting with the conduct and management of multinational clinical trials
