Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing Clinical Care Team, the full-time Senior Clinical People Partner will manage end-to-end people partnership, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and key people programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the people partnership for the Clinical Care Team, overseeing performance management and employee relations
• Apply sound judgment to complex employee matters, balancing business needs with employee experience
• Build manager capability through proactive coaching and actionable feedback to address challenges effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Generalist, or equivalent role
• Experience supporting a fully distributed clinical workforce with knowledge of compliance and policy nuances
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build cross-functional partnerships
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and objectivity in all interactions
