Senior Clinical Performance Manager
Job Summary
Providing tactical and analytical support, the full-time Senior Clinical Performance Manager will analyze product performance and manage corporate initiatives related to Dual Demonstration, Long Term Services & Supports (LTSS), and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) products in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance and competitive positioning
- Lead various sub-projects and initiatives while identifying necessary product modifications and enhancements
- Build trust-based relationships with peers and assist with training on new product and program enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in long-term care, IDD, Medicare, or dual eligible management, preferably in a health plan
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Access knowledge preferred
- Project management and product development experience preferred
