Senior Clinical Process Specialist

Job Summary

Providing coordination and operational support, the full-time Senior Clinical Process Specialist will assist Process Leads and senior GCPM leadership in executing process management activities, document control workflows, and governance alignment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support document review and approval workflows to ensure timely progression and completion of required steps
• Compile and analyze data from various sources to support status reporting and process improvement planning
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, stakeholder materials, and organizational change management activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sector preferred
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality management and process improvement
