Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Clinical Project Manager will develop and execute project plans focused on achieving objectives in the cardio-metabolic therapeutic area, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to meet goals and objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
- Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in global clinical project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Experience in therapy areas such as Cardiovascular, Endocrinology, Diabetes, Obesity, GI, Dermatology, or Respiratory is desirable
