Senior Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a growing organization in the biotechnology and clinical research industry, the fully remote Senior Clinical Project Manager will manage global clinical trials across Cardiovascular, MASH, Hepatology, Obesity, and Dermatology therapeutic areas, ensuring studies are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, clinical sites, and stakeholders to drive study objectives
• Monitor trial progress and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks while overseeing study timelines and financial tracking

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical project management experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
• Proven experience managing clinical trials in Cardiovascular, MASH, Hepatology, Obesity, and/or Dermatology
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and global clinical trial operations
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and multinational clinical studies
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, or a related discipline preferred
