Job Summary

As a strategic recruiting partner, the full-time Senior Clinical Recruiter will drive physician recruitment efforts remotely, focusing on developing recruitment strategies, engaging candidates, and collaborating with facility leadership to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for physician vacancies across assigned facilities
• Generate and cultivate physician leads through various sourcing methods, including networking and online outreach
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• Experience in physician or provider recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment processes and candidate relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
