Senior Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To drive the recruitment process for clinical roles, the remote Senior Clinical Recruiter will manage the screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified anesthesia professionals, collaborating with clinical leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a high-quality hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for clinical positions, including CRNAs and anesthesiologists, while developing and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a positive experience and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to define job requirements and advise on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on clinical recruitment in healthcare
• Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles, such as CRNAs or anesthesiologists, is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with HR technology and recruitment tools, such as Workday
