Senior Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support clinical recruitment efforts, the fully remote, full-time Senior Clinical Recruiter will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to contract negotiations, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute hiring needs and document candidate progress using the ATS
• Develop recruiting plans and participate in lead generation and sourcing strategy implementation
• Coordinate initial candidate interviews and provide timely updates on their status in the hiring pipeline

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare recruitment experience required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience in therapy and/or physician recruitment, with a focus on Psychiatry or Behavioral Health preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Working knowledge of therapy practice models and compensation models in the industry
