Senior Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Clinical Research Associate / Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join the Clinical Operations team in a full-time remote role, responsible for managing clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and coordinating activities across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of clinical studies, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Provide oversight of CROs and external vendors, monitoring performance and ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with clinical sites and internal teams to facilitate investigational product distribution and study supplies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of clinical research experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment
• Experience supporting clinical trials across study start-up, conduct, and closeout; sponsor-side experience preferred
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical research regulations
• Familiarity with clinical trial systems such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, and eCOA
