Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

To support the operational execution of clinical trials, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will oversee multiple regions, manage day-to-day trial activities, and ensure compliance and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute clinical operations strategy for high-touch, patient-centered trials and ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards
• Lead proactive identification and management of clinical study challenges and risks while overseeing site activities and vendor performance
• Participate in the development of study documents and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the trial process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy) is required
• Minimum of 5 years' clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or CRO industry
• Experience managing global clinical trials with a strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements
• Phase 2/Phase 3 and oncology study experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams in a virtual environment and effectively manage relationships with CROs and vendors
