Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Clinical Trial Manager will manage end-to-end trial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and serve as the primary communication point for trial sites while driving recruitment and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication across cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for assigned trial sites
• Contribute to site selection and recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with study protocols and local regulations
• Maintain trial management systems and oversee budget forecasting and vendor management to ensure study delivery within budget

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience, with HemOnc experience required
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local laws and regulations
• Proficient in relevant software and systems, with strong IT skills
• Fluency in the country language and English, with good written and oral communication skills
