Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Leading global Phase I-IV clinical trials, the full-time Senior Clinical Trial Manager will manage vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and operational excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute clinical trial strategies, tracking progress and managing risks throughout the trial lifecycle
• Mentor and coach clinical team members, providing leadership in resolving complex trial issues and ensuring high performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with at least 3 years in clinical operations leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in clinical trial electronic systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven project management skills with experience managing global, multi-center clinical trials
