Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Providing clinical leadership and operational oversight, the remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will manage site activities and clinical monitoring across assigned studies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to study milestones and budgetary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and quality standards
• Engage and manage clinical study sites, focusing on patient recruitment and retention
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables through tracking systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a life science or related field
• 8 - 10+ years of clinical research trial and/or monitoring experience
• Experience in managing clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and trial master files (TMF)
• Proven track record of successful site activation and study delivery
• Ability to provide training and mentorship to clinical operations team members
