Senior Cloud Architect
Job Summary
To support a long-term federal program, the full-time remote Senior Cloud Architect will design, implement, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and services while managing cloud resources to ensure performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures aligned with application and infrastructure requirements
- Manage and monitor cloud computing resources for optimal performance and reliability
- Support the ongoing operation and optimization of cloud-based applications and services
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of related professional experience
- 5+ years of experience with virtualization and cloud technologies
- 3+ years of experience implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies and platforms
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; CompTIA Cloud+ certification or ability to meet IAM I certification requirements
