Senior Cloud Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support cloud data initiatives, the full-time Senior Cloud Data Engineer will develop and maintain data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, test, and debug software and data integration solutions for cloud-based environments
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives to modify complex information systems and data pipelines
- Design, build, test, and document scalable applications and data solutions, including ETL/ELT processes
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ADLS for cloud-based data pipelines and storage
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, including streams, tasks, and pipeline processing
- Experience with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran and HVR, and transformation using dbtLabs
- Understanding of batch and near real-time data integration patterns
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
