Senior Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Product Metrics team, the full-time Senior Cloud Engineer will design, build, operate, and maintain petabyte-scale systems while ensuring performance, reliability, and availability in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Determine the roadmap for the Product Metrics team and deliver new features
- Maintain business-critical systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Mentor team members and participate in design discussions and on-call rotations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- 2+ years of experience in software application development using Golang
- Familiarity with major Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with data storage and retrieval technologies, specifically ClickHouse
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
