Senior Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Cloud Engineer to work remotely, who will design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure and automation technologies while ensuring compliance with Veterans Affairs policies and providing customer support for cloud services.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage cloud architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams
- Implement and oversee CI/CD automation technologies and monitoring capabilities for cloud systems
- Provide support for Azure cloud environments, ensuring compliance with development and documentation requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience designing and managing Azure infrastructure and services
- Expertise in core Azure services and security practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and cloud operations
- 20+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or related fields
