Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the contract Senior Cloud Engineer will work remotely for 26 weeks to build and manage Google Cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and support the migration of enterprise applications to GCP.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform, including projects, VPCs, and IAM
- Deploy and configure Windows Server virtual machines and automate server configurations using Ansible
- Support the migration of enterprise applications and configure networking components in GCP
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering with hands-on GCP experience
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Compute Engine and VPC networking
- Proficient in Terraform for managing infrastructure deployments
- Experience managing Windows Server environments, especially Windows Server 2019/2022
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and application migration from on-premises to cloud
