Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the health of a hybrid cloud infrastructure, the full-time Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will manage 24x7 operations across GKE clusters and on-premise Kubernetes while ensuring observability and incident response in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 24x7 cloud infrastructure health, including GKE and on-premise Kubernetes operations
- Manage the observability pipeline and database reliability, ensuring performance and uptime
- Serve as the L3 escalation authority for cloud infrastructure incidents, driving resolution and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or cloud operations in a production 24x7 environment
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including multi-cluster operations and persistent storage management
- Hands-on experience with both public cloud (GCP or AWS) and on-premise infrastructure
- Proficient in managing production observability stacks, including Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with GitOps tooling in production, such as ArgoCD or Flux CD
