To support cloud operations, the remote Senior Cloud IT Support will develop automation solutions, manage customer support tickets, and execute day-to-day tasks across AWS and GCP environments.

- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets related to cloud operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience or knowledge of cloud engineering, specifically AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Skills in cloud operations automation and troubleshooting cloud operations issues
