Job Summary
To support a growing consulting team, the full-time Senior Cloud Licensing Specialist will manage client relationships and guide them through pre-sales and post-sales cloud licensing processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the cloud licensing subject matter expert, providing guidance on Microsoft licensing programs and preparing accurate CSP quotes
- Lead client onboarding to the CSP program and manage the full subscription lifecycle, identifying upsell opportunities
- Maintain process documentation and manage a high volume of CSP inquiries, staying current on Microsoft program changes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft cloud licensing experience, ideally within a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's CSP Program and products such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Proven ability to translate complex licensing concepts into clear business terms
- Microsoft Fundamental (or higher) certifications are preferred
