Job Summary
To support a company focused on building and securing enterprise cloud infrastructure, the fully remote Senior Cloud Security Engineer will design, implement, and secure complex AWS and Azure environments while providing architectural security guidance across multiple cloud initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure based on conceptual architecture diagrams
- Build and maintain shared infrastructure services, including WAF-as-a-Service solutions and supporting networking architectures
- Investigate and triage security findings, providing remediation recommendations and guidance to engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and securing AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Experience with Terraform, Terraform Enterprise, AWS CodeBuild, and Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Experience deploying and managing Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions, preferably Barracuda WAF
- Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, and architecture reviews
- Proven ability to independently design and deploy new cloud infrastructure
