Job Summary
To support a growing cloud infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Cloud Services Engineer will provide leadership in cloud services, drive automation of infrastructure management, and develop operational standards for DevOps practices.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise and oversight in cloud services, including security, governance, and monitoring technologies
- Drive automation of cloud infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code
- Collaborate with application teams to support their digital transformation goals and implement cloud security standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of seven years of overall IT experience, with at least five years in public cloud management for large organizations
- Detailed understanding of Azure cloud service offerings and public cloud engineering principles
- Experience developing engineering diagrams, strategies, and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure components, including compute, storage, and security
