Job Summary
To support a growing cloud infrastructure team, the full-time Senior Cloud Software Engineer will architect and build scalable distributed infrastructure, optimize cloud resource management, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure
- Execute high-impact infrastructure optimization initiatives across compute, storage, and networking
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for the SaaS platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, C/C++, Java, or another object-oriented programming language
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native edge or service mesh services
- Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and security principles, including cloud security best practices
