Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To design secure and scalable AWS and Private Cloud environments, the full-time Senior Cloud Solutions Architect will manage architectural tasks end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams while working remotely from various states or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review AWS architectures with a focus on multi-account, multi-region, and hybrid connectivity patterns
• Lead the design of enterprise-grade AWS networking and cloud security architecture
• Partner with Operations and engineering to codify architecture as Terraform/CDK modules and serve as an escalation point for complex cloud issues

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and operating production cloud environments, with at least 5 years focused on AWS
• Deep expertise in AWS networking, including VPC design and routing
• Strong background in cloud security, including IAM policy authoring and encryption strategies
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and executive audiences
