Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coder - AI Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of complex coding projects by large coder contractor teams
- Own operational KPIs for quality, quantity, and timelines
- Lead, manage, mentor, and scale a large team (100+) of coder contractors
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
- 3+ years of technical project management experience
- Demonstrable expertise in software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging
- Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI technologies, and the Gen AI landscape
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse, remote workforce
