Senior Collaboration Engineer
Job Summary
Delivering outstanding collaboration services remotely, the full-time Senior Collaboration Engineer will manage and maintain enterprise collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, while implementing automation solutions and supporting AI-driven product features.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the enterprise collaboration stack, driving platform migration initiatives and governance
- Implement scalable automations for high-volume administrative processes using various scripting languages
- Lead the design and operational support for integrations with enterprise AI platforms and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering or enterprise systems engineering
- Deep expertise in collaboration platforms, specifically Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, and Google Apps Script
- Experience in managing complex L3/L4 technical issues and incident management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
