Leading complex engineering initiatives, the full-time Senior Collaboration Engineer will manage Microsoft 365 collaboration services, ensuring secure and reliable solutions while mentoring other engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Own service health and major incident leadership, ensuring operational improvement and reliable service delivery
- Mentor Collaboration Engineers and recommend changes based on operational evidence and best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in collaboration, messaging, voice, or Microsoft 365 engineering
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams
- Proven track record of improving service reliability and employee experience
- Strong judgment in navigating implementation and enterprise-risk matters
