Senior Collections Analyst
Job Summary
Focusing on the resolution of complex aged debt, the temporary Senior Collections Analyst will manage a portfolio of NAMER accounts, driving cash recovery and customer engagement over a 4-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into aged debt profiles to identify high-priority accounts and recovery strategies
- Proactively engage with customers to negotiate payment commitments and resolve disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address open queries and maintain accurate collection records
Required qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of B2B credit control and collections experience, particularly with aged debt profiles
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio effectively
- Strong influencing skills to negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with modern ERPs (e.g., NetSuite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
