Senior Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the collections strategy and execution for a defined portfolio of large U.S. Enterprise and Strategic accounts, the full-time Senior Collections Analyst will manage high-touch collections efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely cash flow in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections strategy for a portfolio of large U.S. Enterprise and Strategic customers, prioritizing actions based on payment behavior and risk
• Build and maintain customer-specific collection plans and serve as a trusted contact for customer finance stakeholders
• Partner with various teams to resolve payment-blocking issues and maintain accurate account notes and collection forecasts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations
• Deep experience in designing and scaling collections processes, including automation and high-volume recovery models
• Experience managing day-to-day portfolio health, including collections forecasting and timely cash application
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
