Senior Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Collections Representative will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of accounts and manage assigned responsibilities related to collections
• Utilize advanced skills to recover aging invoices and analyze data to solve complex problems
• Develop professional relationships with customers and provide coaching to less experienced team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience in customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance roles
