Senior Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing collection and recovery activities remotely, the full-time hourly Senior Collections Specialist will support customers in navigating financial challenges while ensuring the performance of the bank's consumer and small business lending portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection efforts on assigned consumer, small business, and credit card accounts, including complex delinquency situations
• Evaluate account performance to recommend effective collection and recovery strategies
• Communicate with borrowers regarding payment arrangements and account resolutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 or more years of experience in collections, recovery, or loan servicing
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
